Gerard Slikker, The Netherlands (gslikker@zonnet.nl>) supplied these photographs of his Rogers Monitors

I have a picture of one of my DIY units (got them for free (!) from a friend who put them together some 20 years ago)

They are called "rogers monitor" and I do not know the specs.

Anyway the B139 (sp1044 if I remember it right) is in there (and I think B110 but I did not take it out).

This was a kit sold by REMO in the Netherlands of this TL type.

It is about 1 meter high, 34 cm wide and 43 deep
