All spot on. Also more dope neare centre means less higher frequencies and so many other factors. I read a paper once dedicated mainly to paper cones and the way the fibres set before the cones dried. It was american, but I'll be damned if I can remember which famous manufacturer it was... I guess these days the things are formed in seconds so these factors may no longer be so relevant?
