Does anyone know of any other sources of used drive units including B139, B200, B110, and T27?

I've just bought a pair of B139s on eBay for 84 + P&P which seems about the going price there for good ones. They are offered fairly regularly and I have seen about 6 to 8 pairs (in various conditions) sell in the past 2 months. Similarly other KEF units come up from time to time as well as occasional kits.

Welcome to the Forum. Yes eBay seems to be the main source and prices are on the increase.

Well the seller did throw in
"a pair of Wharfedale mid-range speakers that were part of the same speaker cabinet if required. "
I don't know what they are or what speaker they came out of, but they will probably be back up on eBay in the near future ... unless there is anyone out there who is interested.
BTW a few of the B139s on eBay are described as having one of the two units faulty in some way. Just a thought, if you were realy on a tight budget you could buy two pairs like this and use the good ones. They always seem to go for a lot less than a good pair.

There is this page on Falcon Electronics's
http://www.falcon-acoustics.co.uk/hintstipsgeneral.htm
ALthough much of it could be out of date, worth a look.
