I'd like to mention Nigel who passed away recently aged 85. He was in charge of the KEF model shop when I joined in 1975. He rightly ran the shop with a rod of iron but was always a generous and helpful colleague and friend. Many and varied were the prototype cabinets and loudspeaker parts, jigs and fixtures that he made or helped us engineers make. I'll never forget him. Thanks Nige.

I have never heard of Mr. Hogg but it is readily apparent from your post that he was instrumental in helping to create and improve the amazing sound that Kef has become famous for. The secret to success is excellence from concept to production and I am sure that Mr. Hogg was a key component of Kef's success.

RIP.

And thanks, Mr. Hogg.

I sincerely hope that he was recognized for his achievements during his life time.
