I have KefKit 3 speakers but the cabinets have been damaged and I thought I might try rebuilding them using the enclosures in A.R. Bailey's Wireless World article : The Transmission-Line Loudspeaker Enclosure (1972) a re-examination.
but I can't make out the dimensions in fig. 7. It shows the internal baffles and on the right hand sides the fractions look like they could be 33.33 or 33.5 and, for the other one, 27.33 or 27.5. I can't make it out.

If anyone can clarify this I would be very grateful.

I suppose it must be 33.5 and 27.5 inches if its 35 inches high.

Another question do both internal baffles sit directly on the base of the enclosure ? The 33.5 inch one must go from base to top but the shorter baffle -does it sit on the base of the enclosure, leaving a gap at the top or vice versa?
My guess would be that it sits on the base but its a guess.

The measurements are 33.5 and 27.5 inches from the original Very Happy .

Both internal baffles must be on the base, otherwise you won't get an up and over path for the B139 transmission line.

Off back to work now - even thought I'm the boss Wink .
