Smooth it down gently using a short piece of 3/4" dowel. I think that's what they used to use in production. You might also need to slightly warm the foil to reactivate the adhesive under the foil. Don't go mad though, or the expanded polystyrene diaphragm will melt.

Yea that should do it, so something like a hairdryer would be enough?

So I just picked up some replacement B139s, just wondered if anyone off here was interested in the others, as pictured, before I try and flog them/dispose of them elsewhere.
