Yes but the forum is all about quality rather than quantity
Being a specialist interest it was never going to be a hugely busy forum but it has been successful in doing what it was set up to do. There isn't another forum on the planet doing the same job. It has also been around for a long time. Just a bit longer than Facebook.
Some new members injecting some new questions, ideas, discussions and arguments are always very welcome. Welcome!

I'd rather stick red hot knitting needles in my ears than be a member of Farcebook! _________________ I contend that for a nation to try to tax itself into prosperity is like a

Four months, another reply! Facebook must be quaking in their trainers eh? :0)
For what it's worth, I don't do Favebook either. I tried Twitter, what a waste of time that is! |

It's certainly for people who love the sound of their own voices. You don't have conversations, you just sound off, and what you do say is restricted to sound-bites as you've only got a tiny word count to play with. |

Each to their own, we didn't like twitter (or twatter) but we do have Facebook, with our family in Europe and Australia its a great way to keep in touch, share photo's and video's etc, its easy cheap and (in our case) harmless and fun _________________ Still learning ...... |

I tried Farcebook for a few weeks, and agree that it can be of use, no doubt about it.
It is all the drivel that got to me and finding things about friends, colleagues and acquaintances that was so puerile. Then they started on about Farmville… I pulled the plug!
Anyhow folks, let us get back to Hi-Fi and KEF loudspeakers now… _________________ I contend that for a nation to try to tax itself into prosperity is like a

I think the internet is great if you can control it. But all too often it controls you. If I could turn back the clock my kids would not have the internet in their rooms. |
