My kef 105s have long since lost their covers. I was hoping someone with a set could provide basic measurements and details of their construction so I could make a new set. Any photos would be appreciated.

HI, I assume you mean Mk1s, since Mk2 baffles would be easy to cover? Frankly I never liked the full covers, they dominate the room too much, but always liked the look of the Mk2 bass bin covers so many years ago made a pair.
Here is the finished article:

The most difficult part is the angled side panels. Here are my original notes working out the sizes:

If you want full covers just carry on above the level of the bass bins to just above the tweeter housing. The top housing is just a square box frame around sides and back with open top above the tweeter, covered on all sides by grill fabric.

Well these are US based and MkII's but it is hard to come by these. Shipping may not be too bad because they are light.

Unfortunately they are not interchangeable. The Mk1 bass bin has a different cut out shape. Good for people who may want a full Mk2 though.

In the picture the bass bin side panels do not look anywhere near large enough to fit Mk1s, and look nothing like my Mk1 full covers from that angle. They are also described as Mk2s.
