Which units are gonna use for the rest of the spectrum?
Or do you want a transmissionline-based subwoofer?

As seen in their new home.
The old TLs from a long. long time ago.

I published the details on here somewhere a few times... at last the pictures.

Dear tiertollie,

I have built a slightly shrinked design of the Studio 100 TL (courtesy of A.O.S. in Germany, www.scan-speak.de) with B139, B110 and Audax 25. Network is a copy of CS7 with high-duty components. Sounds great, I still love it.

This shows the DIY damping of a IMF80 inspired loudspeaker.
Gullfiber= fiber glass brand
Eternit=brand of asbestos board! Do use a safe material
Fċrull= sheep wool.

The internal with is 450mm and the pipe is gradually tapering to 50mm, the cutting dimentions can be worked out, it really depends on how you implement the general design

As I have mentioned already, after building my streched version of the "TL" it took a long time getting the damping/absorbent density right before they worked as I wanted. In the end I ended up using tree different materials... never again! Very Happy
