Hello all,

Has anyone got any pictures or info on Nightingale loudspeakers ? There seems to be no knowledge of these on the web !

I would like to find out more about a model I used to own, which had the Kef B139, Peerless mid and Isophon tweeter, the mid and tweeter were mounted on top of the cabinet with the crossover behind. Foam grills and hoods.

Is it true there was a top model which used an ATC mid with a ribbon tweeter ?

Regards

No.

Look here... http://www.falcon-acoustics.co.uk/NightingalCabinets.pdf

There's a pair being pimped on UK ePay at the moment.

Probably not.

Yes I know of these pairs, and can obtain the model with the B139, but the models I am interested in are a little older and not as deep, with the mid and treble next to each other on open backed baffles, and laminate on the sides.

I ask about the atc mid and ribbon , as the only other pair of these I have seen apart from the pair I had , had these drivers fitted as an upgrade .

I have lost touch with the gentlman who had these, but apparently they had been fitted by the designer of the speaker, as there were no other spares he had taken these from a reference pair and modded the crossover ?
