One of my friend's workmates has a pair of KEF speakers with a blown tweeter, so togther we find some T33/Audax "orphans" for this other guy.

The blown tweeter arrives, it's a 1979 T27!

Daft thing is the KEF Celestes with their P200 bass unit look right, there are no extra holes around the tweeter rebate, the matt black paint finish is consistent and all the date labels match, go figure.

How does one determine what year the tweeter was made?

Oooops! Did not realize that it was previously discussed!

Sorry - I'll do a search, then!
