Superlative figures for sure, but is this enough to be the best speaker ever ? What about listening the same music at same volume and A/B compare it ?
If more bass drivers and more amps was the key for sound reproduction quality...
Sure I'd love to listen to these...

they were totally effortless in peaks, even the 107s could not match them. They gave that impression of live music which goes very loud indeed but without any strain or distortion just pure music. Stereo image was very good too, you just needed a huge room to site them. There are no other kef speakers that could match the volume at the same low distortion as these. |

Sorry to be picky, but this speaker occupied most of my working life in the mid 80s, not the 70s. |
